I ALSO HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND IT TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET SATISFACTION !

I ordered a teddy bear from this company at the end of October - just logged on and got this message:

Dear Customer,

Due to unforeseen circumstances the JRN Retail Group, trading as Nigel O’Hara, will not be able to fulfil your order or provide you directly with a refund.

Please do not panic, as you will be able to obtain a full refund via the method of payment used to complete your purchase on our website.

Simply contact the bank or credit card used for your purchase, then ask them to initiate a chargeback for the transaction.

This process will see the money returned to you in full.

We wish to sincerely apologise for the obvious inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any further customer support or refund solutions.

Have they gone out of business? Surely it's their responsibility to give me a refund if they are still in business?!

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from this company on 1/10/015 it said 7 -10 days delivery. Contacted them when it did not arrive, they said they were waiting for it coming in. Contacted them about a week later and they said they would send it out as soon as it arrived.
Looked on their tracking system and got the same message as other have.
Have reported it to my bank and they said they will put the money back in my account.
But just wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order with them.

I have been in touch with my bank and they have put the money in my account within 48hrs. They said they will investigate and reclaim the money.
Have also filled in the form on the consumer line.
Hope something is done about this company they seem from the reviews I have found to have been operating this scam for many years.

They need reporting to Watchdog !
