he does read emails then!0 -
Not sure Pranky is right about Ace Security Services. Haven't seen a thread about them for ages, and when I complained to DVLA about them saying on their website that they could get keeper details from the DVLA, they thanked me for bringing this to their attention and the claim was gone from the website within hours.Je suis Charlie.0

before my time , but don,t we have the likes of ranger services?
however , which supplier he uses , its a clear breach of the KODOE system , I think he will continue , using many staffs names to get info via V888 , until stopped0 -
Even if Trev has acquired the RK's details illegally, that would not necessarily invalidate any claim for payment as long as all aspects of POFA were being adhered to.
Trev, however, could be laid open to charges himself if he had transgressed but that would be a separate matter.0 -

Yes, but they are not allowed to request data on behalf of another company unless that other company is also an ATA member.Je suis Charlie.0 -

No, but the fact that he's not the lawful occupier of the land would if he's claiming for trespass!Je suis Charlie.0 -
look at all the recent letters from "trev" he does,nt even attempt to mimic POFA2012 , in fact he states trespass on them all!
he is simply looking at the gullibility of Joe Punter.
before April he was hoping people would ring him and give there info as of now its a blessing (more of a blessing than the nominal £2.50)
the guy has worked against BPA guidelines for years , now he is a "loner" he works on the threatening letter principal , and the stupid comments on his tickets that make people contact him.
he has no right to bring cases of trespass to court , I know that , YOU know that , but Joe Punter is frightened , and ring and write to him .0 -

Yep, sad but true.
This thread has examples of Trev talking codswallop about trespass two years ago:
