ANPR Company - Private Car Park Disabled Badges?

Hi
All the on street and council car parks do not require the use of a clock anymore, and I parked in what I thought was a council car park (Use to be up until recently).
Came back to the car and had a Parking Charge Notice from ANPR.LTD, Preston.
Amazed by this, I had a look at some boards and noticed that they allow three hours parking if a clock is also displayed..
As they advertise cameras all over the place, they could easily see I was not parked for over three hours..
What is the best option here? How do I play the initial letter to ANPR, and then the letter to Popla (popla is mentioned in the letter).
Thanks in advance.

As Freddy and Half-way have said, own Trev and his outfit were booted out of the BPA back in April so should have no legitimate access to your personal details from the DVLA - but interested in what Freddy says about pursuing 'trespass'. Are the DVLA issuing details to them for that Freddy?
Make absolutely no contact whatsoever with ANPR Ltd - if they do obtain your data, get back to us. And as Freddy says, it's popcorn time.

ok , stop worrying .
"most" normal car parking COs use the DVLA electronic system to get your info , if they are ANPR cameras , they can apply the same day and have to send you a letter within 14 days , if the are the sort of PPC that issue tickets , they have to wait several weeks before applying for your info , in case you want to make a quick payment.
ANPR have been booted out of there trade body , and cannot get your info by electric , they have to send a posted letter to the DVLA , and await an answer.
stupid trevor has decided tol start doing people for trespass , however in your case it was not trespass , it was a "so called" missing clock.
do not ring or write to the muppet ,
