As Freddy and Half-way have said, own Trev and his outfit were booted out of the BPA back in April so should have no legitimate access to your personal details from the DVLA - but interested in what Freddy says about pursuing 'trespass'. Are the DVLA issuing details to them for that Freddy?

Make absolutely no contact whatsoever with ANPR Ltd - if they do obtain your data, get back to us. And as Freddy says, it's popcorn time.

Here's an extract from the ANPR Ltd website:

Remember - MAKE NO CONTACT WITH THEM!

It is not council anymore, shopping centre car park. I think the council sold it years ago.

Can I sue them for the glue on my windscreen that I am having trouble getting off?

They can't do you for trespass on property where there is an open invitation to enter. This is especially true if here are no signs warning of the consequences of trespass.

This is BS Trev at his best! Called his outfit ANPR Ltd, yet has no real ANPR cameras.

You MUST stop trying to find reasons why this might be somehow 'legit' or you're going to fall inadvertently into his clutches by making contact with him.

You should have nothing to worry about as long as you keep your head down. Try to forget this as if it didn't happen; only come back to us if (in the very unlikely circumstance) you hear anything further.

If you do, still don't worry as we will see you through this. In that event, this will be even more interesting than the stuff we deal with day-to-day.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What are the odds of this "news" being fake to stop people appealing initially within 28 days to get a poplar code?
