ANPR Company - Private Car Park Disabled Badges?
Comments
-
Hi
All the on street and council car parks do not require the use of a clock anymore, and I parked in what I thought was a council car park (Use to be up until recently).
to clarify the truth compared to the above
see belowThe Blue Badge Scheme only applies to on-street parking. Badge holders may park on single or double yellow lines for up to three hours in England and Wales, except where there is a ban on loading or unloading. There is no time limit for parking on yellow lines in Scotland.
Where a time limit is in force, you must display both the Blue Badge and the blue parking clock, set to show the time you arrived.
Badge holders may park for free and for as long as they need to at on-street parking meters and pay-and-display machines.
Where the scheme does not apply
The Blue Badge Scheme does not apply to off-street car parks, private roads and at most airports.
Displaying your badge
You should display your badge on the dashboard of your car where it can be clearly seen through the windscreen. The front of the badge should face upwards, showing the wheelchair symbol.
When no parking concessions are being used, badges should be removed from view.
The blue parking clock only needs to be displayed when you are parking on yellow lines or in a Blue Badge parking bay that has a time limit. You must display both the Blue Badge and the blue parking clock, set to show the time you arrived.0 -
slam dunk , game set and match
bring it on trev , you will look foolish in court, if you are stupid enough to try it0 -
What are the odds of this "news" being fake to stop people appealing initially within 28 days to get a poplar code?
Oh perleeeeaze, are you a professional conspiracy theorist?
Trev's dead and buried as far as the BPA (and DVLA) are concerned - and your windscreen ticket is too if you follow our advice.
If you don't want to take it, by all means send Trev your name and address, make an appeal, get it rejected, then deal with 'sample' court papers from his next desk conspirators 'Expedion'.
Come back when you're in a real mess with this - and ask us how to stop the hassle!
You have many more chances of winning tonight's Lottery (even without buying a ticket) than getting a POPLA (note spelling!) verification code.
Last time from me before 'I'm out'. IGNORE the idiot! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

see the other post , trev now goes for written application's to the DVLA for basic trespass , just like Mr AN Other would do , all legal and above board ,
trev is out of the parking game now , he,s in the trespass game , far away from SIA , BPA , IPC and all.
he,s a lone man working an the fear factor of the gullible
I now know of 3 companies/councils that have sacked him , because they are not willing to have there customers /council tax payers charged with trespass and endure court and the stigma attached.0 -
But from the post you're quoting, the OP's parking event seems to have been well before ANPR's eviction from the BPA (when they had 'legitimate' access to the DVLA database under a KADOE contract).
I've seen no evidence from any forum I contribute to, where in the short space of time of just 6 or so weeks since ANPR has been booted out of the BPA, they have found a back-door entry to the DVLA database, whether claiming trespass or any other 'misdemeanour'.
Happy to be corrected - but please link to hard evidence. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
