    Hi
    And Welcome

They have 8 weeks, I would then take this to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS).

Either by ringing them to arrange for them to send a form, or you can download and print it online.

Remember to enclose copies of correspondence if any to the FOS, and make the FOS aware they have not resolved this within the 8 weeks timescale, infact your complaint has been with them for 4 months and are getting nowhere, so you feel its now time to ask the FOS to investigate.

Good luck and post up for help when required.

When you have time to browse through the threads, there have been much success with Barclays direct, but again through the FOS.;)
    thanks di3004 :T:T:T

    Hi Guys
Wonder if you can help I got a loan for 19925.66 ppi was 7732.75 and interest it ran for 19 months and the settlement figure was 18494.59. They have offered me 2284.20 plus 8% 411.20 does these figures sound right.
its turbo you need he is a whizz with figures. you only get back the ppi payments you have paid, the ppi thats left on is taken off your loan ( so that should reduce your settlement figure) i am sure if you post up your figures you will get help with this

Hi everyone - i have successfullly received a refund of £390 from (old) marbles credit card- initially they refused saying account so old that no records existed - the account was settled in 2005 so following advice from here I replied quoting Data Protection act and need to keep records for 6 years. Today i received my cheque and was in total shock!!!!!! Now plan to reclaim any charges that had been applied to the account.

    thank goodness for moneysavingexpert!!!!!
