Without the figures of what the original PPI, interest and what the redress was on each loan, we don't know if you have been paid correctly.
  • May I add all PPI was front loaded

First Loan Upheld total PPI £3,479.14

Second Loan Upheld total PPI £3,574.91

Third Loan upheld total PPI £1,385.52

All figures do not include charge for credit for insurance loan and interest

I received £11K back for all is this correct ?

    Looks right to me.
They have to give you the PPI plus the interest on that in the redress.
If you have proof that your PPI total, including the interest on that ( not the 8%, that is separate ) does not add up to the redress you have been given, query it with them and show the proof.

If you are a non taxpayer or have not gone over your tax allowance, you can claim the tax back from HMRC.
Did they take the tax off the redress?.

Some people have had to wait 2 years. Its not as long as that now but 14 weeks is not unexpected. 3-6 months is still common.

Ringing 5 times a day will not help.

However, if they have previously given you a six month time limit to go to the Financial Ombudsman Service, you should be aware that the limit is likely to be strictly enforced.

In that instance, I suggest you call 0800 023 4567 to get the complaint logged with the Financial Ombudsman Service so that the time limit cannot be applied.

  • Hi I've been awarded £3,700 from rbs which has paid off that card debt and left a credit balance on the account. I have another rbs card debt so I'm wondering if I'll get a cheque or if they will use the balance to pay off some of the other debt. Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks

Usually they credit the card then raise a cheque to you.
If they credit the card, do not use it.
You need to ask if they will pay it to the other card,( unless you have arrears on there, I doubt it, but they may) on the other hand they could pay it to you, depends on the bank.
