Hi i wrote to M&S about my PPI got a letter saying they have upheld my complaint but cant go any further as they dont have the statements as its longer than 6 years, they have said if i have any to send them in b ut i dont so i am stuck0

My partner has just finished paying his IVA (hurrah!) which consolidated all his debts. He believes the majority of them had PPI payments made to them. The accounts are now closed because the IVA is now complete. Are we still able to apply and see if he is applicable for a refund if the accounts are closed? the accounts range from 5-8 years ago.

Hi all
After sitting looking at this site over the past 4 weeks (constantly), i have decided to take the plunge and give this a go.
I have today sent off 5 letters to companies to try and reclaim my PPI.
Natwest Credit Card
Lloyds TSB Credit Card
Nationwide Mortgage
Nationwide Loan
Co op Loan
