sorry forgot to mention that this was done in one simple phone call with absolutely no hassle from lloyds .
just want to tell you also do not speak to manilla or there is a fair chance that your claim will go nowhere as they are not very good at passing details onto the uk.in other words if you do get foreign accent put the phone down and re dial and be cool and patient.

Thanks for all your help and I will keep you posted on how I get on.

  • Hi all,
My partner has just finished paying his IVA (hurrah!) which consolidated all his debts. He believes the majority of them had PPI payments made to them. The accounts are now closed because the IVA is now complete. Are we still able to apply and see if he is applicable for a refund if the accounts are closed? the accounts range from 5-8 years ago.
    thank you! :o

You can complain if you have valid reasons to do so.

However, any redress awarded would likely go towards the defaulted loans and credit cards.

I second that, but this site has help me win 3 claim so far. So if our husbands think we have a problem maybe they should read this site instead of reaping the rewards when we have a win.

    Good luck ;)
