Has anybody else had a letter from the FOS today regarding that the wait time for an adjudicator to look at your case is now 12 months!!!

What a long wait, I thought it would be better now they have cleared the 31st August lot but it seems it is getting worse :eek:

Hi all,
well,after posting this morning saying I had e mailed Lloyds and recieved a reply saying my refund had been calculated and a letter would be sent with figures today - low and behold - two letters arrived shortly after I posted comment with calculations for two cc saying money would be paid into my bank account shortly.
I was so shocked! Just hope its not long till it arrives. Good luck to everyone still waiting. Thanks to you too Di cos you advise e mailing customer care and ceo and it worked for me.

Thought my luck had changed - got home and a letter from Barclaycard. However it was a copy of a 2005 statement, which it said I had requested. Rang them to find out who had requested it and they said I had cntacted them yesterday for a copy. Certainly not me. Why can't they just send me the letter with my cheque in!

Hi, I've been awarded a ppi refund from barclaycard of £1146.10, I'm just abit concerned that the Collins interest they gave calculated is incorrect.
Total ppi premiums - 977.90
Total compound int- 98.81
Total interest 8%- 69.39
Total refund - 1146.10

Without writing all the premiums and int calculated, can anyone see from one month , if their calculation is correct.

11/12/07 premium £20.64 apr 19.9% monthly int rate 1.527% cumulative premium £140.13 compound int 0.97p is this correct??

Hi all, after being on here earlier today and talking to LoopyLoz about hopefully getting my letters etc - I was welcomed by 2 lovely looking letters from Lloyds after work today!

Letter 1 regarding my Credit card - £475.75 including 8% simple interest

Letter 2 regarding my 2 loans.
1: £201.45 including 8% interest calculated up until 13th October 2011
2: £2,353.21 which includes early settlement difference, interest of 8% calculated up until 13th October 2011 and excess balance & interest.

So in total it is £3,030.41!! HOLY MOLY I'm so blimmin' happy! I thought i'd get about a grand...

My credit card refund will be paid into my Lloyds account very soon (and after reading Loopyloz's message earlier that could be any day now fingers crossed) and Loan refund will come in the form of a bloody lovely cheque - now for the waiting on that. :rotfl:

I sent off the questionaires to Lloyds on 13th May. Finally some progress... Thanks so so much to all you guys for your help... You rock. :beer: xx

Just to let you all know after being told on the PPI hotline yesterday my offer wont be for another 4 weeks I had a letter today with all the calcalations and an offer for £9300!!!!!! Honest Im in shock cant belive it but oo so happy!!!! New car and New Yr in a hot country for me!!!!! :-)

Hi Everyone

Finally got letter from HSBC today with calculation - over £9500!!!:j:j Only taken since November 2010:mad:

However they have said they want me to pay off the existing loan and the amount of the loan includes the PPI payment!!! Surely this can't be correct. Also I am not in arrears with the loan so can I ask for the whole amount to be paid to me and carry on with the loan as there is only 8 months left??
