Does anybody know how long they take to refund this money to my account. There was no acceptance slip just if I was unhappy to contact FOS and they will be paying this money into my bank account. I feel the need of a holiday after all this.
Only another 5 loans with Lloyds to be sorted out. These claims went in on 9 June.
Well done and great to hear of someone getting good news from Lloyds!:j Just shows though that they are lying when they say they are dealing with this in strict date order. I put in claim for 2 cc with them on 11th may and got the 16 wks etc letter. Despite 2 e mails to customer services and ceo and being at the almost 14th week still nothing. Just hope I get good news like you very soon. Once again well done:)0 -

Also, does anyone know how I can get hold of my credit history? Will a credit report show who I've had previous credit cards with? I know I've had Egg/Virgin/RBS in the past but I don't have any of the statements for those. Will they only go back 6 years on statements if I request them?
Hi Lisa,
I got the ball rolling on my PPI reclaim as I was trying to get my finances in order and I ordered a FREE credit report form Experian which detailed who I had credit cards with, when they were taken out and for the majority of them, the credit limit and the balance that month so I could do rough calculations to ascertain what the PPI payments would be.
I have sent off claims for MBNA, Cahoot and Mint... Cahoot acknowledged my complaint yesterday.
PeteEgg PPI Refund - £897.52
MBNA (Virgin) PPI: £6071.15
MINT PPI: £3220.71
Barclaycard PPI: Awaiting Info
Running Total Reclaimed : £10,289.38 :T0 -
Does anyone have the e-mail address for the C.E.O. OF F.O.S.
i have had a claim in with fos for 2 years and last week they wrote back after all this time to say they did not cover the beneficial bank then,Why has it taken all that time to find out what they could have found out in one day
They say they will try the insurance company now, but i feel i should have a word with the C.E.O.

Morning all,
Following yesterday's debacle with Halifax, I'm pleased to report another success, this time with MBNA!
MBNA have agreed to refund in full £1,797.19.
Again, a huge thank you to Martin and the team and everyone on here for their encouragement, support and advice.
One downer though is that Mrs Daddyswede had a credit card from MBNA in exactly the same circumstances and her claim has been rejected, so it's off to the F.O.S.!
NEVER GIVE UP!
Have a great weekend
