AIUI (but I could be wrong), this enables calls to be made on the Three network when necessary.

It needs to be a smart phone as you're calling over data.

I've found the call quality poor and given up on it again, didn't bother with a second free SIM yesterday.

I agree Thought i would give it ago and already stopped using it after about a week the quality is really poor not worth having.

I ordered a sim on the 28th November and the sim still hasn't been sent out. I think they must have a backlog with the free sim offer that was going at the time.

My order from the 28th has been shipped today. I already have a FreedomPop sim card but its a micro sim and i needed a nano sim. I was starting to think that i'd been rejected. Edit...i always use a prepaid card with limited funds in so they can't dip in and take auto-top-ups.

Well, one of our two has been delivered and is now installed.

I had an e-mail message about the other asking for my delivery address. They said it hadn't been captured, though the Check Availability sequence seemed to work. I've e-mailed my address.
