You know darn well it's not as simple as that.
You just said that the bottom line price was the important figure, except for when the headline price was displayed. Now you're backtracking on that, and saying "It's not that simple"...
Explain to me why it isn't, else I'll just take that as a refusal to accept that you're wrong in the face of overwhelming evidence.0 -

It's the changing of the sticker price that's the problem here, as you know. Yes the OP should have spotted the mistake but unfortunately they didn't.0 -
Im more concerned that even at the top sticker price the figures don't seem to add up0

Sorry for having not updated much sooner - I hadn't set the thread to notify me of discussion - but after much searching I have found it again!
Just wanted to let you know the outcome:
I phoned the garage and the Salesman was incredibly apologetic and immediately amended the invoice back to the original price. Needless to say we were very relieved.0 -
