Paid deposit on a car and just noticed they sold it at the wrong price

    It's the changing of the sticker price that's the problem here, as you know. Yes the OP should have spotted the mistake but unfortunately they didn't.

    Sorry for having not updated much sooner - I hadn't set the thread to notify me of discussion - but after much searching I have found it again!
    Just wanted to let you know the outcome:
    I phoned the garage and the Salesman was incredibly apologetic and immediately amended the invoice back to the original price. Needless to say we were very relieved.
