Well to be honest beanielou, your going away to enjoy, so have the drink or two, see them as treats, and not something to totally deny. Well thats how I see the weekends away as something to enjoy, but only a little bitProud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

My official weigh in is Sunday but this morning the scales were looking on the friendly side
Hope I can keep it up - really wanting cake and biscuits - mullerlight and an apple just isn't the same
.....just a personal opinion, but.......
If you feel you've had a good week, and if you can stop at a small amount, then a small cake and two or three biscuits will do you more good than harm. It will reset your "SInce I've been naughty" timer to zero, and set you up for a few days.
A balanced diet is just that... sweet foods are a part of a balance.0 -

Hello everyone.
I'm starting to really lose weight for the 1st time *fingers crossed* I've tried diets before (lasted the grand total of 1 day before my sugar cravings set in!). I've also been on 2 different weight loss tablets from the doctor - the one lot was successful (until the winter kicked in & my SAD started - a total of 1 month). However on Saturday I had hypnosis to stop my sugar addiction & for the very first time I feel in control of my life. Yes the sugary things are there & I do think about them every now & then but now for the first time I can say NO. Unfortunately I don't know what I weighed last week - my scales are not accurate (Hence my post wanting scales recommended), but I'm going to weigh myself at the pharmacy today & get a decent set of scales! I probably won't post loads but I will be keeping an eager eye on this thread!2019 Wins: Feb: £10 Aldi Voucher, Frankie & Benny's meal for 2; May: Game from Maynards. June: 2x tickets to Foodies Festival July: £100 September: £30; October: £1000, Goldfinch Merch Pack
Thanks those who post Comps0 -
Hi zulu, good to see you listened (so few do on here) and came over to join us. Zulu was looking lost so I dragged her over from wanting to buy some scales.
There's all sorts of top bods here (quite a few ruffians as well, but more about them later:D [yes delly, the fallen madonna with the big boobies, I mean you]).
Have a look at the current chart which is nestled in the first page of the thread - you'll see what I mean about the massive losses some folks have.
If you want to join the 5lb monthly challenge just holler on the board0
