    Morning all :hello:

Grannynise - I was in Pembrokeshire in June, it was absolutely beautiful (although very wet!) - have a great time. :) And the same to anyone else who is about to go away - Suggs, Bails.. anyone I've missed - enjoy yourselves, don't think about the rest of us still sticking to our healthy eating plans and slogging away at work. ;)

Hugs to BB, Petrichor and anyone else who doesn't have a holiday to look forward to - I can't believe MrBB thinks they're overrated  - I only work so I can go on holiday!! :rotfl:

[STRIKE]Rusty [/STRIKE]Furrypig - sorry, I didn't amend the chart last night, I don't know whether it was my pc, my internet connection or mse, but something was on a go-slow last night and I got fed up waiting for it to do something - internet willing, I'll do it tonight.

    Have a good day :D

Just so that I can avoid them you understand ;) ..... what do they look like? Where can I get them? How many [strike]can I eat in one go?[/strike] calories?

LOL, round waffles, either just with toffee in them or covered with chocolate ASWELL! Either in plasic bags round a stack of them or in a brown and golden box! They are highly addictive and scrummy, so if you see them give them a very wide berth and step away from the shelf! I SAID AWAY!!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hello all, I used to be a regular on this forum but I dropped away from it - trying to spend less time on the computer and all that sort of stuff. Well, predictably, I've been running along behind the wagon trying to get back on ever since. My discipline completely dissolved around Christmas and I've just struggled like hell ever since then. I'm doing slimming world bodyoptimise and I'm just getting too good at making excuses for myself - there's always a reason why I can justify eating the wrong things and I've got into bad habits with telling myself I'll make up for something later in the week instead of planning beforehand which I was quite good at. I've been terribly stressed in my personal life with people in hobbies turning nasty and been comfort eating with that. I've also started my own business which is food related which may not have been the best idea for my diet but it gets me out and about and walking. But I'm tired of being unhappy abut the way i look. I really need to do something to change and the support I got from this forum helped me enormously, I was stupid to walk away from it. Can I please come back?!

Hi Rusty - sorry to miss you out, I'll amend the chart later. I'll make a note to myself that you weigh on Thursdays too, to avoid missing you next week. Good luck with today's weigh in - how did you get on?

Hi Lois it wasn't Rusty that you missed she was the star of the week!!
    It was me Furrypig!!!:D

Good news is I had my weekly weigh in last night and lost another 3 lbs!! i am very pleased as I have worked quite hard and haven't cooked a single dinner this week (poor hubby has been forced to eat salad too! but the kids are away so that has made it easier!).

So might treat myself by going out for a meal with hubby tonight, something low fat obviously!!:A

    Thanks everyone!:T

Morning all - I am not going on holiday during the summer either. Anyway, it's a shame to go away when the weather is supposed to be good here! So far so good for August. Chin up. we can all be lonely in the corner together in the August Sunshine.

    Morning all

I wish I could bring Petrichor and BrightonBelle along? Weightloss weekend away then? But methinks MrsSuggs will have something to say about it :)

Two days till the holiday and finally Target archived, Weighed in at 18stone 4lb this morning in Boots, which means I have lost 10stone 5lb or 145lb or 65.77kg :j or more importantly the GP's computer will now say 10stone lost too as my start date was a few weeks before I managed to see the dietictian :)

BMI has dropped from 57.6 to 36.7 and I am now 64% of the weight I was :T

Mrs Suggs is taking me to Starbucks later for a gaint choc chip cookie as my reward :)

So now to try and maintain, I will go on Holiday to Ibiza on Sunday evening (the 7 of us) and try to enjoy  and take heart from victory and her amazing ability to maintain (ok lose) while sunny herself. If anyone wants a new pose for the slideshow pic, I will take the best offer :) Petrichor the only speedos I have are swimming googles.

Once again thank you to each and everyone of you wether old or new for you help, kick up the bum, encouragement, shoulder to cry on or plain silly joke :T

Not leaving you bunch of lovely people, will still be here, you cant get rid of me that quick :)
