Will you not have a wee mo for a quick weigh tomorrow morning?
Then if you have achieved your goal you will at least know that you have done it(hope you get what I mean as I think so much faster than I type)
Thanks beanielou. We're off to Wales - hoping for some half decent weather
Might try weighing tomorrow to see what happensworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Already did that
...Nice...:rolleyes::D
TBH I've no idea about my cholesterol, my doctors are a pain to get into, and I'm at loathe to struggle for an appointment just to find out!
I don't usually eat sweet stuff, savory is my thing, bangers & mash, steak pies etc! I've tried to 'healthy up' my dinners & tonight I'm having grilled chicken leg, boiled potatos and rice.
I usually have cereal in work, as it's easy to keep in my locker, and I've not got to worry about preparing a sarnie or salad!
I think I will have my poached egg on toast as my regular breakfast, as I suppose it's better than doing without.
(P.s Thanks for all the welcomes)

Sorry but it was rude not to reply to the suggestion
Welcome to the thread - my sister always found eating scrambled egg on toast for breakfast kept the hunger away longer - summat to do with the protein she said. So I suspect it will work very well for you tooworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

LOL :rotfl:Don't worry, I've been known to do the same before I weigh myself. I take my socks off too, cos it all adds up on the scale!:rotfl:Welcome to the thread - my sister always found eating scrambled egg on toast for breakfast kept the hunger away longer - summat to do with the protein she said. ThanksWhile I like scambled eggs occasionally, I find them too much of a hassle, and abit too creamy on toast. I usually save it for having with kippers mmm.
As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating  !!
Also...is weigh-day on Wednesdays?
I want to get down to 14 stone eventually, but I've set myself a mini target to get to 16 stone by Wed 12th September (I'm visiting a friend I've not seen for a while). I know mini targets are supposed to be more encouraging than one huge goal!
I have 6lbs to lose, and 3 weeks to do it. Is 2lb a week do-able do you think?Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Weigh in is any day you like but Lois updates the chart on a Wednesday eve. I usually weigh on Sunday - as that was the day I started off from.
Mini targets are good - keep you motivated. As for 2lb a week - I think it depends how much your eating habits are going to change and how much you have to lose overallworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
2 lb may well be achieviable if you really want it raphael.
All depends on your TOTM ect as well though so dont be dissapointed if you dont quite manage it.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
