Day 3 of diet, and day 2 of the 10K challenge. Diet going OK but a bit shaky with one or two not-too-bad blips today (still not good 1/2 way through 1st week but did manage to resist choc gateaux offered at lunchtime).
Day 2 of 10K only registered 7794 steps (I swear the pedometer is faulty) so average now down to 9151 already. Need to get out and about and boost total.

Tescodealqueen, Feistry-fairy and Bails - welcome to the gang.

Lois - I hope everything went ok for you today and that you're not feeling too wrung out by it all. The chart is fine - whenever you get the time. (maybe one or two of us should help Lois out once in a while??? Let us know if you'd like a bit of a break from it and I'll be happy to help, 00020143.gif for everything you've done so far - you've been keeping the chart for us for a long time now....)

I second that. I would be happy to do the chart one week (or more) if you wanted a break too.

    Hello guys,

In my last update I told you I had recovered , well I became ill again. I have had some sort of gastric illness/bug according to the doc so I am on antibiotics for a bit. I have managed to get back to doing some excercise to restart my diet but I won't be over doing it.

I wish everyone else the best and everyone's stories on this board have kept me motivated while I have been ill so thanks guys :j

    Hi,

DS2 is now just turned 4, i lost the first 3 stone really easily and quickly but then became complaceant (SP?) anyway finally gave myself a kick up the bum last Nov after DS1 mentioned some kids saying something to him at school about him having a fat Mum, (kids are so cruel! ) also did a team building excercise in Cumbria with work and nearly died trying to do some hill walking!:o

The rest is history! Really pleased so far though cos gone from a BMI of 40s i think to early 30s?? Summat like that anyway!

    Regards

    Feisty!
