That's exactly what was running through my mind when I read saverarns post and prompted my reply :j I feel [strike]quite [/strike] very embarrassed now to think that someone's remembered :o:o :rotfl: but you're right, I am so glad that I carried on and I put that down to all the fantastic support from this thread.

I've just previewed this post and spotted Skint_Catt mentioning her disappointment so I've trawled back and found that embarrassing post :rotfl: :rotfl: what an !!!! (anagram of sare:D )I was :rotfl: I even gave it a title :rotfl: :o :rotfl: :o it's making me laugh and cringe at the same time now but I can assure you I was in tears then, I felt so low...

...Make the most of it folks :rotfl: I've totally lost the plot now :rotfl: I'm away with the fairies laught16yl5.gif

Oh Petrichor, I am SO glad that you have put up your embarrassing post again, that was a brave thing to do and really helpful for those of us who are starting out and wondering if we will ever get anywhere with this weight loss nonsense!! It's so reassuring to see others having the same doubts and then their successes, so well done you for sticking it out and losing so much! I'm completely there in the 'sticking it out' stage at the mo (for reasons I explained in the post that got lost) but your post has given me added determination to get there so THANKS! xx

Hi Feisty Fairy: well done on your weight loss so far:beer: : you've done really well. And this time you are definitely going to finish the job! :D I joined SW in May and by sticking to it rigidly (and loving it and eating really well) plus the wonderful support of this group to keep me focused, my weight is finally shifting in a way I never thought possible. Come and chat regularly and share your good days and bad.

Well done on only putting on 1lb bails. Very good considering the pain au chocolate...fresh bread sticks...fromage...MIL ...

    Thanks dragon :D:D

Arrrggghh, just typed a long post and then it vanished
Anyway, the general gist of it was Skint_Catt - the crunchy bran is nice, I like it with banana over the top for some more flavour - it looks a bit like dried dog food but tastes ok :rotfl:

Also - thanks Ajax for the other cereal you mentioned - I will have look out for it, especially if I can have 42g of it for a HE(B)

Finally Welcome to Feisty fairy - stick around, you will find lots of additional support on here.

I AM SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF MY VOICE AND HAD TO MOVE AWAY FROM THE LAPTOP SO I DIDN'T THROW IT ON THE FLOOR (I have done this once before, pre-Ofsted - I hang my head in shame:o ). I just rewrote most of my msg again and it disappeared AGAIN!!!!!!!

My OH has managed to find a small chunk of it lurking somewhere in cyberspace, bless him (he was there at last computer-throwing incident and this one is not mine...;) ) and saved it to Word so I will try ONCE more later, once I have calmed down without eating the fridge contents :D ............

    GGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!
