:rotfl: now I am doubting myself (goes to check) inexpensive is a word right??? Or have I made a George Bush style blooper?:D
:rotfl: inexpensive is definitely a word - you too have made me chuckle
Today has been a very spendy day but as yesterday was payday, it was all needed - dog food, human food and a new sports bra. My old bra was 6 years old and whilst it still gave very good support, it has been too small width ways for a good 4 years and last week one of the metal hooks bent and gouged a hole in my back during an exercise class. Also my new one has a red trim which has made me pleased all day - I have a bit of a love of the colour red!
Just been tutoring so will pay that off my debt in a minuteLooks like OH is going to have to go nearly two months without being paid in between job swaps as he'll miss the cut off date for payroll at his new job and the old job are recouping his bike to work expenses from his final pay packet. We'll just have to put it on the credit card and he'll have to pay me back when the new job pays him his first pay packet (which will have nearly two months pay in it).
Did my 11000 steps by lunchtime today so now I'm up to 14000+ and did a body combat class. It's a shame I eat so much, otherwise I'm sure I'd be slim with all this exercise :rotfl:

I didn't log in yesterday as I was rushing about all day! A bit of a bank holiday blitz. I did my Parkrun and got my fastest time this year! Now, I'm just 12 seconds off my PB from 2013, which was 29.58. I want to be a sub-30 kind of girl, so still working on that.
Kept the energy up when I got in by mowing the lawn, then a nice bath before tackling the downstairs tidy. Looks great downstairs now, but I discovered some unfortunate post - see my DFD.
Ah well, back to the drawing board.
Got the shopping done... a bit of a nightmare as I dropped some of my coupons going round the store, but I did pretty well, and should finish on target this month.
I've also signed up to e-audio books from my library. There's not a lot of choice, but it's free and OH and I can share this.
Watched Eurovision - wasn't the same without drinking games, but we still enjoyed it. Must have been exhausted as I fell asleep before the end! :rotfl:
... we have missed two birthday drinks this weekend. But priorities...
Today we get to make the most of the bank holiday weekend with a sojourn to Shropshire. It's actually a work-type travel gig thing. I'm not going to get paid, it's more of a 'be seen' thing, with the hope of getting paid work later from it. I see it as an opportunity to keep my skills up too. Cross fingers I get some progress from this.Keep reading books!

Morning all,
Been up for ages thanks to the dogs. We decided that there are so many of them now, that they have to start sleeping downstairs. We started this lady Saturday but the oldest one is still protesting and cries in the mornings which wakes me up (obviously OH sleeps straight through). So far I've cleaned and tidied the kitchen and sorted the washing so the first load is in.
Today will be a spendy day as I'm going to go buy some plants for the garden. We bought a few last year (our garden has only grass and 3 plants!) but most of them were eaten by slugs or the dogsGoing to try a few large plants this year, I'm going to put them on the credit card and then use some of my examining money a the end of June to pay it off
Hope you all have a lovely SundayLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Thank you
I have been tutoring at least 3 hours a week, plus trying to overpay the minimum payment by at least £200 a month from my teaching pay. I'm so desperate for it to be gone.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)
