Good point.Hubert's the only one who can pull that look off.Pollygarter wrote: »I want this outfit so much!
Well the shops didn't get me today! I claim my NSD5 yes!
And also got the fab news from my ex that the finances are all stacking up with the bank for my house move. Can't wait. Smaller place, bit more rural, lovely garden. Log burner. Long way to The Shops. Veg patches. May I borrow that outfit to introduce myself to the new neighbours!.
Hey Pollygarter.you've reached target! :j:j:j
Are you going to increase your target?Go on now,so.....
Great news too on your house move.0 -
Pollygarter wrote: »Nargle...hilarious! I'd better wear a Mrs Doyle style bra too (which I imagine to be an all encompassing elasticised strappy affair). Don't want them thinking the neighbourhood's gone south now!!
I remember once being heavily pregnant with son no 1 when I had to wear a large and comfortable affair with the regrettable name of "Doreen". I never did get why it was the fashion to give a bra a name but as all the previous bras I'd owned had been called things like vixen, midnight, Melissa etc, Doreen came as a stark warning of the realities to come!
Doreen does sound...formidable.
There's a lingerie company based in France called....Dim

Nargleblast wrote: »Elliesmum - limit your charity shop visits to those times when you have presents to.buy, or when there is something you actually need. And as marmite says, have a separate budget for that sort of thing.
Thanks - I will try in future to 'budget' my charity shop spending. Spendy day for me for both yesterday and today BUT they were general needed spends so not too disheartened.
Tomorrow should be a NSD as back to work.
Have a good Sunday everyone
