Today turned into a 'no spends at all' day, which is always nice.It means that I'm at #12.

Knit Witch you are doing well - #12 and 12 in a row! :j
    Could this be a record?
Thanks for offering to sort out Our Fathers' clothing for the big night.
Cheffie has much admired the embroidered flowers on Igor's unmentionables, and is wondering if you could do him a pair. Now,he's a real man's man,so he'd like pink and yellow roses along the waistband.

cheexie well done there- #8 and 5 in a row! :j

stripeyjumpergirl just over half way now,at #6 -yay! :j

    scotmumof3 you've nabbed #7 - not bad at all! :j

slowlyfading almost at double figures with #9! :D

    Seaotter almost halfway now,very good indeed,with a fab #4 captured! :j

    fedupandskint #10 grabbed - good,good,good! :)

    I hope that I haven't forgotten anyone.

Hmm do you think he will take Lilac and Cream instead?

Yes kerri, there were some very skillful moves last night following Hubert's little accident. ;)

Now,the big question is (of course) where did Hubert get the money to bribe the judges?

It has come to my attention that The Ennessdee Towers Christmas Party fund money has gone missing.Said money was kept in an old biscuit tin in the pantry, middle shelf, next to the tins of pilchards.....

Igor's chef's knives have gone missing.....

Mrs Doyle cannot find her Very Best Tea Service...

Plus,Hubert has withdrawn his life savings from his post office savings account.Ok,I know that it only amounted to £5.72,but nevertheless....

    The plot thickens.

You mean instead of pink and yellow?

    I think so.He is a reasonable chap,after all.

NSD Number 6 for me today!

So, the Ennessdee Towers Eurovision Committee is now in session. First, congratulations to the team for getting through to the finals! A celebratory bottle or six of Igor's turnip champagne await you all in the parlour, together with a plate of Mrs Doyle's cheesy nibbles. Rumours of bribery and corruption by Brother Donkey are seriously exaggerated, it was Bert Scroggins wot dun it.

Now, let's examine the competition......the Swiss entry is My Little Cheese, a folksy little number performed by three men in shorts juggling cuckoo clocks. The Swedish number is Hurry Gurdy Chicky Do Do....Yes, really......performed by two big chaps with huge moustaches wearing white chef gear.....Oh no, they are not chaps, they are Cheffie' s mum and sister ( should have known, their moustaches are smaller). Then we have the Irish entry.....Luck of the Oirish. Performed by a group.of rather small chappies with pointy ears, all wearing green.....

I think, even though we have a good chance of winning, we still need to consider some serious nobbling tactics.....I vote we get Igor to serve all the other contestants with his famous Brussels sprouts curry before the contest.....all those in favour say aye!
