Does anyone still have a screenshot of the original Terms & Conditions? (21 April)

Mightydeals have rewritten the terms to exclude lots of people on the offer page now (after the deal was well over).

Got my email saying I'd unsubscribed as a customer (not unsubscribed from the emails, which is a very different action) - which, like others, I have not done; my account is still active. Have sent them an email, but not holding out much hope.

What a joke, I've just had an email to say I'm not getting the voucher as it's for new or loyal customers and I have unsubscribed from mighty deals!
I turned off the stupid bloomin spam emails I was getting several times a day but I still have my account and if I try to re-register with the same email address it tells me I can not so obviously I have not unsubscribed!:mad:
Absolutely sham will be complaining about this.

same here - ordered just one voucher but they say refunding as I 'unsubscribed' - I assume that means from their spam emails

not particularly bothered but a company that treats part of its customer base this way doesnt deserve anybodies repeat business & needs reporting for dodgy trading practices

taking peoples money, hanging onto it for weeks with the promise of a voucher to be provided almost a month later but then at the last minute reneging on the deal just before the voucher is due to be provided qouting some !!!!!!!! smallprint is just not acceptable

Im make a point of trying to order multiple vouchers next time being careful they cant identify the orders all come from me (ie. different emails, different credit cards, different addresses etc... - by using multiple virtual entropay credit cards ) & give then a taste of their own medicine - hope others do the same to this bunch of crooks

These were the T&C on 17th March, unfortunately I'm not sure when they were changed and this is unlikely to be information they will volunteer.

We should also all boycott 'MoneyExpert comparison site as well as they own Mightydeals.

I've been Money Tipped!
Mighty Deals are now Dead Ducks. Far too many issues in the past and now this one! A magnet for issues? Or pure incompetence?

I'm glad I paid with Paypal, I'll be able to place a dispute.

A couple of Tesco contacts (taken from another angry thread) in case you want to find out if the deal was real, or just to vent your anger. Maybe Tesco should ban Mighty Deals as HUKD have. MSE should certainly ban future Mighty Deal promotions after this (and other faux pas).

TESCO HEAD OFFICE EMAIL
if you still have a valid problem that can't be resolved by the store or head office here is the e-mail address of the chief executive - please use it wisely!
dave.lewis@uk.tesco.com
No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

Got a strange email today from Mighty Deals, logged onto MSE and found y'all got the same!
Seems to me Mighty Deals have posted far too good a deal and are now going to renage on it.
I have had problems with them in the past, but I have no more than 1 account and have not unsubscribed, stuff your £5 Mighty Cash I am never using you again!

"Dear Customer,

Unfortunately after purchasing the £10 for £5 Tesco Digital Gift Card you unsubscribed as a Mighty Deals customer.
As per our deal terms this offer is strictly for loyal customers and new customers.
We have refunded your card in full. Please allow 5 to 7 days for your refund to clear."
Thanks!! :D:D:D
