    Dear Customer,

Our records indicate you have not opened an email since registering with Mighty Deals. Due to this inactivity you have automatically been unsubscribed from all Mighty Deals emails.

Due to blockages from email providers such as Hotmail and yahoo, we cannot email inactive customers. As a result of this we are refunding you in full for the Tesco £10 for £5 Digital Gift Card.
  • I note the 'MD' has stopped trying to reply to these emails and explain his/her way out of these complaints. The time has come for those who have not been bitten by their 'deals' to realise the company should not be trusted.
What's the betting none of us get the promised refund either?

    "Dear Customer,

Our records show that you have not suffered from the Black Death since registering with Mighty Deals.

Due to this thoughtlessness you have automatically been unsubscribed from all Mighty Deals emails.

Due to blockages from email providers such as Hotmail and yahoo, we cannot email healthy or sane customers.

As a result of this we are laughing our socks off - all the way to the bank."

Got the same email saying the Tesco deal is off because I've unsubscribed. What shameful behaviour! I certainly will never buy from this company again, and shall actively deter anyone from dealing with them for as long as it exists (which might not be very long)!

At this point, I just hope that the refund comes through... I didn't use PayPal :wall:

Got the same email earlier today saying Tesco deal is off because I have not opened an email. How can Mighty Deal behave is this manner, most definitely not be using them again.

    What a shambles.

Is there anyone who has not received an email from Mighty Deals?

How can they send out the same email about unsubscribing to 100s of customers?

    I haven't unsubscribed.
    My household only bought 1

Why aren't I getting what I paid for?

    From their T&Cs page:
    2. Deals are sent to our opted in email data base from time to time and Deals are also promoted on our web site http://www.mightydeals.co.uk As a receiver of these emails you can opt out at any time, by responding to the opt out link at the foot of each email

    17. If you register with us to be notified of our daily Deals, you agree that we will be able to send these daily deals to you by email, until you opt out.

Unless my eyes have deceived me, of the 24 T & C's listed, including the 2 quoted above, none said that if you opted out of receiving emails, you would be classed as no longer being a customer and thus forfeit receiving any deals purchased.
