Dusty hope that once you are back on supplements you start feeling better, you have had a lot on your plate recently so the added stress can't be helping. I've heard very good things about spartone ? Not sure of the spelling it's an iron tonic from health food stores.
Just sorted next load of washig ready to go in, need to do the boys pack ups now and get some flying done this morning
I actually got some of the laughing bird scarf done last night it seems forever since I did any knitting on that. I think I'm about half way.
I put some more solar lights in the garden last night they looked really pretty once dusk arrived, only cheaply ones from coop but they do the job.
Hugs good wishes posi vibes sticks and spoons to all who need them hope everyone has a good daySPC~12 ot 124

Thanks, I did look at spartone last year but what I take is 16x stronger and a complete blood supplement, it worked well before so I'm already back on it and will be staying on it until I fell my levels are where I need them to be.
Oldest fluffiest cat cannot put weight on his back foot, I think he has had a fight, but he is not a fighter so maybe attached. Kittens are sleeping on the kitchen sofa with him as a sign of support (they usually sleep in the DR).
Yoga this morning and I must meal plan and food shop later, may do a small roast lamb as should try to eat a bit more red meat.

Morning!
Been up to town this morning but the uniform shop appears to have shut down  so no beavers sweater for the parade! Unless I can order one now first class postagehe won't have it for the parade. Rain forecast anyway...
Some bits purchased from home bargains then straight home. I've done my room, even zapped corners and behind furniture with the vac tools. Bedding in washer but need to remake with fresh linen.
Also vacced everywhere upstairs except the pit aka DD room. Just having a brew and will organise lunch then clean the bathrooms.
I was supposed to do downstairs today but never mind. Few cheap boxes have sorted DS lego explosion in the conservatory
Might look on eBay now for a sweater...Bossymoo
