I just phoned them again, they were actually quite rude, he said phoning every day isn't going to make it go any quicker but he said if it hasnt changed to issued by middle to end of next week then phone back

Just had a reply to the question I ask they saying my repayment was processed on the 14th and should have payment within 3 weeks lol

The cheek of it ....we have already paid this money it's what's owed to us. We have worked hard for it. Might be worth considering signing the dole bet we would get paid quicker !!

This year same as last two years I had to enter bank details on initial return and then again once I requested the repayment.


Prior to this it was always auto matic after doing the return.

They have to verify the bank account you have requested to be paid into matches the bank account for the person who the tax is been paid back to.
Its verification.

Told me being security checked.should be done by 18th April. Then 3 weeks for payment

Im same boat too surely we all cant be security checked i think may be a software issue

I think they're telling everyone theyre doing security checks just to make them back off and stop ringing.

When you go to your account page the information is only correct to the day before so anything changing today might not show up until Monday
