Yes it is, it's so wrong in everyway, the people at the call centre don't really know much at all, it's all done in the back office I think & they just read the notes. I WANT/NEED MY MONEY

Just noticed today but every time I log into hmrc the toolbar at the top doesn't fully load ....thinking it really is a software issue as we have nothing to hide and I am paranoid checking every day for nothing when it's a bloody system fault .....#havingtheweekendoffandnotloggingontilnextyear.........so frustrating but I have a life even tho I am skint ! :j:j:rotfl::rotfl:

Why but i have a very good feeling the following will happen:

They will issue the payments on Monday
The website will update on Tuesday to ISSUED
We will receive the funds on Wednesday

This is what happened earlier this week with a couple
Of my friends payments. Usually they process payments 2 or 3 times a week but i think they've had a massive overload of rebates to process, so im guessing the next payment process will be like i say above in that order hemce why one guy on the phone said to me if you dont get it in the middle of the week give us a call. I just think they only issued one lot of rebates so far

Its not the amount you have claimed as mine was for £4000 and has been paid! They have been slower this year and they seem to have released some, all on the same day. I did mine on 6th and was pending since the 7th then went to issued on 14th and paid in the bank 15th. As soon as yours changes to issued it will be in there the next day. Hope it changes Monday for you!

Good this made me worry cos this year mine was about that, little more, I was thinking it was that but obviously not, yeah someone said about their systems crashing on the 7th so let's see if we get our money next week, I'm the same always had it no longer than a week later and usually it's the same day it goes issued I get it (maybe I have their same bank?). thanks for the update.

It is not nonsense at all.i have done self assessment for over 15 years and most payments are between 2 to 4 weeks.sometimes longer.you was lucky getting paid so quickly
