u cant request twice as soon as u do it 1st time it stats that they have paid you and they have nothing to repay been waitng since the 7th

Lots of people waiting due to 'bank repayment pending' status.i think they're having software issues

To be fair I think that sounds more plausible, I had a feeling there was something up having to request it again the following day! Just hope 'the system' sorts its self out and fast lol

Yeah, but if you put your bank details in your original return first. Then I logged back in the next day to see if they had received it as I always do and it said I had a repayment ready to be requested so clicked request repayment and had to put bank details in again. This has never happened before as it just automatically pays out normally.

Cookee the same thing happened to me,filed on 7th,requested repayment on sat 11th.pending since 14th.

Maybe the people who requested payment might not have had to? I put my bank details in when I done my return then put them in again when I requested the payment a day later. I'm curious to know if people who just left it have received payment?

I didn't request, just left it after submitting and it is showing as paid on Tuesday (although not received in my account yet).

I am waiting aswell, filed on 6th at around 6 pm requested repayment around 630 am on Wednesday 8th

hi guys I filed mine on the 7th and requested the 8th and its still pending this morning. aint gonna bother ringing caus it looks like everyone else is getting the same answer lol
no one seems to know
