just phoned them they say nothing wrong with it just says pending on their computer they don't know what delay is should of issued on 10th

I have Tryed asking them online.just waiting for a reply why the payments are still pending

Just came off phone no security checks in place at all. Apparently this lady has had a lot of calls through from ppl submitting last Wednesday/Thursday. She also said if you had filled in bank details as normal online, then the next day if repayment was showing as needing requesting and you've entered bank details again the following day the system gets confused and thinks you're asking for it twice ??? Load of rubbish I think that's 3 different things I've been told on 3 different days !! Basically they don't know what is going on and just say anything.

Been following this post a few days now, in the same boat. They've had it since the 7th. STILL PENDING!! Thought today would've been the day haha was much better this time last year!

Did you do the request a repayment the next day also ? Sounds like the same story as they gave me just simply they don't know

I put mine in on the 6th and still pending. My mate done his 4 hrs later and got paid tuesday. That was for 3700.
