Then you probably don't have the EE firmware version, if you are technically minded it's not that hard to flash the phone (plenty of how-to's via Google at places like XDA-Developers) or you could probably get an unlocker type mobile shop to do it for you if WifiCalling is something you feel you need.====0 -
