    Car Insurance Carver!
Letter from DRP arrived. Time to chase up the planning office and DVLA. Mr Clegg was very positive in his response when I highlighted the actions of the PPC in the thread title.

I have photos of the tarmac without lines! I can't believe they have put lines down. I am going to have to make a purposeful journey down there today to see and take photos! If anyone would like me to send photos of the tarmac floor without lines I will be more than happy to.

    Hi jalice2309
My husband also got a ticket at Flora street but we don't have a photo of the area before the new signage and lines were put down. Would you mind sharing your photos please?
    Many thanks

  • If anyone has any photos of the signage or the parking area in dispute I would be grateful for any copies. Have ignored VCS so far but would like to have more evidence should they take it any further.

This thread is too old; they won't still be around. Click on 'GO' next to FORUM JUMP on the right and that takes you to today's threads. Read the sticky thread near the top 'NEWBIES READ THESE FAQS FIRST'.

Also from the front page, use 'search this forum' for 'VCS' as a keyword search to read more recent threads about them and how to ignore them (unless you get court papers).

No questions here please, this thread is old, let it die!

If you really have a ticket from last April, there isn't that much you can do if you left it till now. Try going-at the landowner maybe?

If its a more recent ticket, then its really not the same and you need to pay attention to CM's advice above.

How do you find the landowner out? I think the company listed is a management company who manage several sites for different organisations. Therefore would need to provide them with the actual owners details.
