I would go through the farcical appeals process as, if it does come to court, then a judge will look less favourably when you have not exhausted the appeals process and just ignored.
Also, the IAS rejections are so biased that you can make good use of their obviously biased rejection.0 -
Thanks for this. Do you have the contact address or email?
This is the email I've found.

Thanks for that offer its very kind of you, if I do need those photos I will let you know. Will be drafting my refusal to pay email closer to the max 21 days I have in which to contact them in order to drag it all out as long as possible. Does anybody know the timescale in which they should send you the ntk from when the ticket was initially issued?jalice2309 wrote: »I have photos of the tarmac without lines! I can't believe they have put lines down. I am going to have to make a purposeful journey down there today to see and take photos! If anyone would like me to send photos of the tarmac floor without lines I will be more than happy to.

Does anybody know the timescale in which they should send you the ntk from when the ticket was initially issued?
if alleging POFA 2012 compliancy then 14 days from anpr via a postal letter
or
NTK is 29 to 56 days if a windscreen ticket was issued on the car (ie:- to the driver)
or
if not alleging POFA 2012 , they have up to 6 years to pursue the invoice with the driver0 -
Thanks, should it say on my ntk that they are alleging POFA 2012 as I can,t see any mention of it on there and there is no small print to read through. I received the ntk within about 35 days. As I am challenging the charge on the grounds that the area was not marked out as a restricted area would it be acceptable just to state this in my letter to them. The only letter template I can find now is on coupon-mads newbie thread and I am not sure that I can use most of those points. Getting quite frustrated now as I know the VCS are part of ipc, who are also a load of rubbish. Can I ask for a popla code with this company?0
-
no parking company has to abide by pofa 2012 , but then they cannot pursue the RK, only the driver that made the "error"
the newbies thread actually mentions that many companies do not allege POFA 2012 , nor use it at all, especially if the land is exempt from pofa 2012 , like airports and ports etc
no you cannot get a popla code if a PPC is a member of the IPC if the contravention happened since they joined the IPC
had it been historical in nature when they were BPA members, then you may get a popla code
so its popla if BPA member at the time of the incident
IAS if they are IPC members at the time of the incident
the thing about appealing is you allege all the points in the template, its their job to prove their case, not yours to prove it for them
the trick is
accept nothing, query everything, make them prove their alleged invoice and case0 -
Hi all,
Just an update that I have emailed Eddisons (car park land owners), VCS and Aldi informing them all of the 'fine' and my decision not to pay.
The only people to reply so far are Aldi who state that unfortunately it is not their problem yet did suggest I queried the new addition of double yellow lines.
I am confident in my decision to not pay as as I have previously stated I have an array of evidence to use against the company.
Hope everyone else is sticking to their guns and not bowing down to the scamming nature of these companies.
Regards,

Hi,
I am not paying the fine and will happily go to court. I have heard that they have painted even more lines since the first batch.
I sent you a PM with my details. Would you mind emailing me the dated photos without lines?0
