I won. Just glad its over. Thank you for the wishes. They really helped.
The other side was all over the place. She also denied any knowledge of the witness, pretty much.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

You can put me down as a "Score = 1" because when I get a sofa it'll be fabric .... not because that's posh/er, but because they're cheaper than the leather ones that peasants apparently would choose.
How many points do you add/deduct for reading that, though? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Bit late saying this, but really pleased for you Doozer. It was hard to imagine you losing, but still nice to know for sure.
In such circumstances, can said parties be found guilty of perjury, or contempt of court, or is that only in criminal cases? Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

It was a bit of a funny one. My barrister said before that you don't usually swear an oath in small claims and because of that, it would be unlikely to go that far - they try to avoid it. As it was, the judge did make us both swear as our accounts were clear contradictions and one of us myst have been lying.
The driver was driving under the insurance of her daughter's ex-boyfriend. She dened all knowledge of the witness that entirely co-oberated her story. She said that she left everything to said daughter and boyfriend to 'sort out'. They got away with that one.
Barrister also said beforehand that the judge would not yse the 'lie' word and suggest that someone was mistaken. Indeed, he said that he felt she was mistaken because it was such a long time ago and had in fact driven and collided with my car
It was an entertaining morning. Not one I'd like to repeat, but interesting.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
