Thanks, i tried a sports knee brace for a bit.
Tubigrip is the stretchy stuff you are probably thinking of. I tried that too.
If painful, the heat spray (can't remember the name now, but comes in a red can) works really well.
If not, the above advice is good.PasturesNew wrote: »That's because you're fannying about on t'Internet.

He's doing 60% FTE, isn't he?
So that's 20 days of leave, plus 2 days a week every week when he can stay at home because of being p/t - another 104 days. Total 124 week days in the year when he doesn't have to go to work.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

My feet are blushingI'd tell you how not nice my feet are, but it sounds like there are some NP foot fetishists, ahem, afoot so I'll try not to encourage it.

As if a day's manual labour + rummaging round the bargain bins in Tesco wasn't grounding enough, I landed firmly back in the real world at work today. Is it the weekend yet?0
