They must've spent ages 'posing' that, he almost looks normal.

Ages posing then they get the little detail wrong, like an adult with a colouring book.

There were ..... we've one in our family that's "the full set". Ginger hair, mouth bizarrely set to one side of his face and can barely grunt.

I didn't know you had family from Norfolk* PN? :rotfl:

*I can track my Family back to Irstead on the Norfolk Broads circa 16th Century.

Hence, there were an awful lot of village idiots around.

Sorry, that sounds rude. I'm not referring to you and your family, just to the small gene pool available to people in remote locations in those days.
There was supposed to be a graph showing the rise of the bicycle alongside the decline of the village idiot.;)

I can trace my dad's family to Norfolk too. North Norfolk mainly... around Burnham Market.

1st Xmas: if they're coming round, get a box of Roses
    2nd Xmas: Spend £10

    Then see how it goes.

So we are at 2nd Xmas, though she won't be here.

New territory is this. I did buy her a b'day present for her 21st. That was easier to judge because her folks had bought DS2 a present.

    Ginger hair :)

It is only in the last couple of years that I've mention of this as if the stigma has now gone. I didn't know it existed. That is probably why MIL insists that niece's hair is strawberry blonde not ginger.
