Doozer I was thinking about you on Saturday. I was in Lakeland and they had a black bowler hat collander that I thought would fit right in at your place. Wasn't as nice as the lights though. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I apologised for not being in, told her about the poo and said I would get it cleaned up tomorrow and let her know when it's done.
No drama, no need for hiding, I did not break down and the world did not end.I don't want to collect the poo.
Cleaning up in the garden is a blue job in our house. Should I find myself needing to do this job I have a great set of tools. Horse poo scoop and rake. Long handled and enables tipping into a carrier bag for binning.

Viva or other well informed NP. I do not usually watch TV or listen to the Radio, I get almost all news from the bbc website. I am not very comfortable with the beebs version of world news.
Now I am emerging from the fog of stroke I would like a more varied diet of perspectives. Any website suggestions? Will pay for trials before a full subscription.
When it was new and we had sky I used to like al jazeera, and for sheer parochialism the cnn website, but I don't seem to be able to access that anymore. there must be a firewall to keep out sceptics and cynics.0 -

Russia Today or access using TOR is my advice.
If you read the BBC version, then either RT or Al Jazeera, then work out what's the most likely in each story, you'll probably be closer to the truth than just reading one of them IMO.💙💛 💔0 -

I use the FT website a lot and think it's great. The Economist is great for a considered view. The FT Alphaville further reading section can send you down all sorts of rabbit holes. I check the Grauniad and Torygraph daily for UK news. I think I'd replace the Torygraph with The Times if I was in the UK.
Private Eye is great for scurrilous reading although I don't both with it much since leaving the UK.
Der Spiegel has a good English language site as does France 24. The NY Times is good as is the WSJ. Ekatheramiki (sp?) Is good for Greek news in English.
I very rarely use the BBC website as it is lightweight IMHO.0 -

I guess you've been reading the South Australia newspapers then. It's perfect bushfire weather right across the southern half of Aus: baking hot and a strong breeze.

It's one of those count your blessings days over here.
Oh and I still don't have cancer.:j:T0 -
