Congratulations:T, I remember this from when I was around more.
I stopped popping by because at one point it was so busy, I just couldn't keep up with who said what and what was happening.
In less exciting house news, my bathroom is still lovely:D and my kitchen is still a building site....fed up of the amount of dust and climbing over boxes of radiators and extractor hoods and living off microwaveable M&S meals.
Hey  Thanks!
We're not so chatty right now, our numbers are down a bit. When will it be finished?
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

That's quick deleting! I am not surprised that you are pretty tired and pretty annoyed about things generally. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Florr is being levelled this week and a new window at the back should be fitted as well. The kitchen units arrived Monday...three weeks I expect, worktop not ordered yet (don't ask) and a the seating unit at the back has to be built and the are under the stairs converted into a storage area.CKhalvashi wrote: »I decided it was probably best not to keep what I wrote
Things can only get better, is the theory I'm moving with.
not sure what has been going on CK, but given how much youpush yourself, not surprised you are tired. Take care.0 -

I really fancied one of Mr T's curries this afternoon. They do one, with rice, a Chicken Korma, for 95p. That one's really tasty. The trouble with me fancying anything though is it's not economic to go out and get one item.... the fuel'd cost me £2. They're not £3s worth of loveliness. If I had £3 to throw away on a nuked meal I'd probably walk down to M&S and investigate their food (for the first time).
Actually, if I had £3 to spend on one meal I'd probably opt for something like chips from the proper chip shop for £2, which is actually a large enough portion to be able to box up half of them.
Today I've microwave/steamed 3 small spuds and topped those with grated cheddar. Still ploughing through the 2.5Kg of spuds, I think that was the 4th spud/cheese I've had. The portions are increasing as I pop in an extra spud just to try to get through them.
Maybe you need a mini oven.... then you can cook/reheat pies
Can you buy a few of Mr T's ever so tasty curries and freeze them?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Hope you feel better soon guys.
Great news on the house front Doozer! Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Tomorrow is a massive day for the Generalis. We finally pay off the last of the debts incurred by me having cancer and the other bad stuff that happened last year. So relieved.
Sorry to hear some of the Nice People are doing it tough. It does get better IME at least.0
