I saw a potential btl at the weekend - needs a total interior refurb but for medium rental not posh finish: needs kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 6 other rooms stripped, skimmed and decorated plus probably new windows - any NP fancy quoting?

Emotional intelligence? Hmm, not sure he will ever be capable, he also doesn't learn...in his world, this is perfectly reasonable and trying to tell him otherwise is pointless. In the old days it would lead to lots of shouting, swearing and throwing of items as he was never ever wrong.

Men are programmed as hunter gatherers. Emotional intelligence is not high on the list of survival traits in that job.

I'm sure we can be taught to buy flowers, as part of the gathering process, but I'm still not very good at it. I look at cut flowers, and I know that they are already dying, as they have been cut off from their roots. Why would DW want me to bring decaying plant matter into the home?

It's a service that I volunteer to the community.

For example, I recently heard on the news that a gang were using attractive women to distract men with sex while their accomplice stole wallets.

I was robbed on Monday, Thursday and twice on Friday. Wallets are two for a fiver at the supermarket BTW.
