Sorry you feel you have to go, Purch. Good luck to you too.

Fingers crossed in a few weeks/months you will feel able to come back to us.

Horrid to be attacked, I don't know details obviously. All good wishes!

    Ditto, wishing you well Purch.

Gutted to see LIR and purch begguring off in short succession.

More selfishly, I've got my CT scan tomorrow to see if the cancer has come back after some rather unfortunate symptoms which very gently suggest that there is a small possibility that it might.

TBH I am effing crapping myself. I have decided to self-medicate with port, strawberries, cream and meringues. I would say that I am showing mixed results so far.

Good luck on the scan Gen. Your self medication sounds like it has balance. If it were just cream we would worry!

Perhaps nappies would be more effective?

Is there anything at all that you ought to be doing about all this right now? If not, your self-medication regime is probably as good a use of your time as any, I guess. Will it help you get to sleep?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I don't think anything is going to help me sleep tonight nor stop me stressing. Obvs Mrs Generali chose tonight to have a row which has helped no end.

In reality I don't think I'm sick. I remember what the symptoms were like last time and this is nothing. I'm still crapping myself. 《Worried about having cancer again smilie》

Think Josh is looking more and more forward to going to uni now...he is stockpiling recipes for when he is there! Only issue is his ability to remember he is actually cooking something in the first place (specialist advice is for him not to be left alone whilst cooking).

We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Just to remind you that a couple of weeks ago you said the most likely symptom you said you had was a lump that was then diagnosed as scar tissue or something like that. So chances are this scan is just precautionary.
