Eek Spirit but so pleased you are home now xx
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

My neighbour had a heart attack then surgery with 3 stents spirit he recently went abroad for a few weeks less than 6 months after the event. I am a little surprised they didn't figure out you may have a problem sooner given the tests and poking and prodding you have had in the past year.

Father in law is awaiting a stent that had to be made in Australia due to the complexity of his problem, it will be a complex operation as well. The added complications are potential kidney cancer and medication he needs but can't take until this stent op is done. We haven't booked a holiday yet, normally it is a much needed light at the end of a tunnel for my wife at the end of the school year, but there is too much up in the air right now. World events don't make it appealing either!

PN I hope things go smoothly with your intended plans, it is a difficult time so do be kind to yourself.

    I know that I shouldn't mock but:
The hottest conditions will be in the south although everywhere will see thermometers rocket with highs of 24C possible in the far north by Thursday.

    24! LOL.

We are due 36 degrees next week Gen. Normally I take such forecasts with a pinch of salt as they come courtesy of the Express, but this one didn't.

    .

Understatement of the year! That's the Tunisia tourist industry down the pan. It's a third world economy and highly dependent on tourism, so whoever was behind this is effectively trying to destabilise the government.

    Just staycation.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

And exporting opportunistic young waiters to middle-aged gullible women.

Anyone who is middle aged and has a bit of money should consider why a twenty something would fall madly in love with them, whether the parties are a British woman and a Tunisian waiter, a British man and his Thai bride or Russian oligarch and model girlfriend. Same stakes apply, though there does appear to my mind to be a correlation between the amount of money and,the amount of beauty.

LOL/experience. I don't do furreners... can't understand accents and am not attracted to people who are different.

The issue is that in most cases both sides aren't benefitting and aren't in the same deal. While there is a difference between middle aged British women and waiters -v- oligarchs and models ... Typically I'd say the middle aged woman thinks it's "the real deal/love ever after"; the waiter is thinking "get to Britain, get as much cash as possible, try to get a passport, leave ASAP", possibly with a "repeat as necessary" command at the end of their programming.
