I saw it was on and knew that some of you would be here talking about it (esp Viva and CV) so I got the Kindle out to see.
I have to confess I am now in the kitchen on the laptop and OH has turned the channel over as he has no interest.
How do any of you type on a tablet? It's a right PITA. It keeps changing all the words and I can't re write them, it just changes them back again.
I have a Kindle Fire and it is very limited compared to other tablets. Trying to get to stuff outside of the Amazon experience is a PITA, and the spell checker rubbish. Installing ES file manager helps though....I never really left, I just didn't post as everything I would have written would have been all ' misery, doom, gloom, grumbling bassstadd' type of stuff.....so when my headspace is in that mood (or stressed out) I abstain as you would all block me.;)
I don't think people would block you, that's not the NPT ethos. Like the 3 Muskateers, only with more Muskateers...Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Nice to see you posting again FC, you have been missed. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

In fairness, it did look like that wasn't going to happen for the first half of the voting.Good showing, were you with Georgia this year?
Nope, EBU. I've have remained contractually independent for the whole week.💙💛 💔0 -

I did a tally of who got the 12 points. Out of 40 countries, Sweden got 12 points from 12 countries, Italy from nine, Russia from five. I was quite surprised by that.
See you in Sweden next year? Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

The other thing that surprised me is how much less political the voting was this year. Even Greece and Cyprus didn't give each other 12, and that's with Greece being represented by a Cypriot.
Good showing by Belgium too, Wheezy will be happy. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? We played the 'guess where the 12 points are going to go' game during the voting. Usually I'm right on 85-90%, and this year was only right on 62.5%.
I think everyone was quite surprised by that💙💛 💔0 -
I thought the British entry was not too bad this year. I haven't seen any of the opposition, though. Are they really that much better?
Did 'we' only get two points altogether? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I think we got around 5 in the end?

Is there a tractor pulling contest? I always get excited about those. Especially the custom tractors with twin 1000+ hp engines and the like. It's a bit like drag racing, with all the drama, only slower. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
