You can't write that and not post a picture. It is not nice to leave us wanting more.

I'll have to work it out :). I'll grab a picture later :)

Oh, on an aside note, good luck to all in the Manchester 10K.

    40,000 runners ! Europe's biggest 10K :)

Even though I am not quite ready I am looking forward to it.

Anyone else here down to run?

40,000 is Europe's biggest 10,000. Sounds right if innumerate.

    Modern running breeds innumeracy!

I was worried when I originally looked up C25K.

    It doesn't mean 25K, but Couch 2 5K.

I'm just carrying on this tradition ;)

    Never heard of it.

    Manchester?

    I'm not surprised :)

...It's a Northern hell hole with a couple of football teams of modest size.

Or do not notice it happening around you.

I certainly saw it when I lived not far from you Lydia.

I don't *think* I'm unobservant, although of course I wouldn't know if I was, would I? Perhaps it's the people I mix with and the kind of shops I go to. Or perhaps I've just been lucky, or you've been unlucky.

    Thanks for sharing. Enjoy!
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

I'm not a dog lover, but that one's cute! Really intelligent looking eyes. It'll be a handful ... and a delight.

Honestly, I know where you are coming from PN.

I spent several hours when we got her looking for the OFF switch.

To my disappointment they didn't fit one.

I have a lot of respect to all you dog owners out there. It's not a trivial decision.

...and what is it with dogs and slippers? She always pinches the right one, never the left. I know where to find it though.

Pastures, deconstructing furniture is generally pretty easy even without tools. You can generally kick it to bits. Any pieces that are too long to fit in the wheelie bin, put one end up on the step and bounce up and down in the middle.

It does seem to be a problem getting rid of stuff. Mother-in-law had perfectly good bookcases, and it looks like nobody wants them, not the charity shops and not free cycle. It is all sitting in her garage still, as we have not had the heart to throw it out.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    Lottie is absolutely gorgeous!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
