And, reading through that list, that sounds like it'll be a list of "healthy stuff", it's nothing of the sort is it. I feel the word healthy is over-used in foodstuffs these days! Most of the stuff isn't healthy at all ..... e.g. a plate of chips..... a healthy plate of chips they'd stick 2 lettuce leaves on the side. That kind of doesn't work.
A lot of it is not great, But I thought might appeal......cake for one person in microwave etc.
I quite like the look of the peach smoothie for a meal in summer. ( not frozen for me though..)0 -

EDIT: Looks like there is and it's shiney .... but it'd require further googling as this one's a spray .... and spraying while in-situ would take a lot of thought/masking of anything within a 12' radius. http://www.homebase.co.uk/en/homebaseuk/rust-oleum-brilliant-silver---metallic-spray-paint---400ml-615031
£9.50 - cheaper than the fuel, knocker and a little man to fit it.
Or, get carried away and pimp your door: http://www.homebase.co.uk/en/homebaseuk/decorating/craft-paints/rust-oleum-glitter-silver-paint---125ml-232536
£4.99
Door furniture isn't generally that expensive. I've replaced letterboxes etc a few times. If I can do it, anyone can.
I like the idea of a glittery front door!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I bet this is a cheaper way of night paving than buying stuff .... this and buckets of random stones.

£8 for paint, £2 for parking .... cheaper than buying some ready made stones.0 -
A couple of years ago started painting bits of the wreck's farmyard metal work with a metal colour than t's meant to be copper. Optimistically it might have been better being marketed as old gold. In reality is looks more like ragged cardboard. I'm hoping when I start on metal work next to brick it looks less.....odd.0

I've got a lovely door, but it's one of those with the multipoint locking system built into the frame. It's really solid wood too. But replacing the lock alone is going to cost over £100, that's before we get into the cost of the plates, knockers, bells, hinges etc.
V tempting though.
The idea of painting the stuff in a paint that's white by day and glows green at night has a certain appeal though... I don't wish vengeance on my neighbours though and they would probably want to kill me if I did that. It's a smaller scale equivalent of painting your house in red and white stripes. We are heavily covenanted around here as to what we can and cannot do.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Happy Birthday Nikks.....and what a gorgeous looking door, much better than mine!We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Josh's first time voting tomorrow and already he is hopelessly confused on what he has to do (the whole 'etiquette' and rules thing).
We've tried to explain simply and take him through the steps but with his memory, it is there for about 30 seconds and then gone again and the stress starts up again.....I can see him asking me what he has to do when he is in the booth and causing all sorts of problems :rotfl:We made it!
