It's done, letter went in this morning got an email at 1700 this evening saying it's gone to HR they will work out my leave date (no I know when I'm leaving), please can I concentrate on some particular students before I go and that's it!!! Told you Manager is an arrrrse.
Pay day today so ynab looking a bit healthier, I have paid £30 to Mum so will update signature in a minute also been shopping and brought loads of reduced items and all in budget everything updated. I will get my pay from second job on 25th so that will help even more. I will wait until dh gets paid before paying for dd trip as quite a few direct debits to go out tomorrow.
Busy day tomorrow and Saturday then I can relax, I will be doing a load of paperwork over half term so I'm up to date before I leave but only for my students and colleagues who will have to pick up my caseload.
I need to catch up with some surveys and also do my timesheet for the month.
Feeling happy, having a haircut tomorrow for the first time in months and I need some new work clothes so I'll scout around the charity shops.

Yay to the resignation letter going on Chrysalis, I always dread that kind of thing. The response from @rse of a manager makes you realise you are doing totally the right thing!!!!
Hope you enjoyed your pampering today xxMummytogirls x0 -

I've started making these for Xmas, it's a 'Spa in a Jar' and just need to get two more jars and that's all the females done in the family. So far they have cost me £20.60 the two jars will cost another £2.40 and will probably put in a few sweets. I need to decorate with ribbon which I already have.
The males in the family are getting 'A box of treats' not sure yet what's going in but it will cost about the same so expecting the majority of presents to come in under £50 this year with only the kids and my niece to buy for.
We have already said to people that we can't buy much this year so not to spend on us.
A lovely weekend with the family although ds fell over yesterday and scraped his knees, one knee is still a bit weepy so has a fresh dressing and he is hopping around nicely.
Enjoying my week off so far, lots of washing to do and I want to clean up the garden ready for winter as looking like a dump at the minute.
Finances are fine at the minute, I have brought a few clothes for me to go with my fresh new haircut I went from long to short and only cost £30 and I have brought two tops from charity shop, 2 dresses from sale and a gorgeous red wool winter coat for only £19.99 from ebay. So not a massive amount but I haven't had anything new in ages.
I desperately want to pay some more to Mum but may wait until child benefit comes in again as I don't want to get too excited I haven't put November's outgoings ready in ynab yet, that may cause a shock!
Right washing to hang out whilst the sun is shining.

Thanks, love my hair I've had it short like this before but always grow it again due to lack of funds. I think I'll keep it this time.
Trying to get the kids to do their xmas lists so I can budget and get through Quidco.

Enjoy the rest of your week off xxMummytogirls x0 -
Morning all, I was awake at 5am this morning and same yesterday not sure why as not worried about anything but managed to get back to sleep.
I have paid another £50 to Mum as I realised that I don't need to pay childcare this week and my dh has cancelled a drinking session at the weekend so money saved, I've put it to good use instead.
Sold a couple of items on fb page which will give me £5.50 which I will also allocate to one of the debts, not sure which one yet.
A pottering kind of a day but must start on all the paperwork as I need this up to date so I can leave my house in some sort of order before I leave my job.
Ds is at a friends house this afternoon and I haven't seen dd since her sleepover last night, it's only 2 doors down though.
All OK, fingers crossed C xLoan from Mum £500/£300

Perhaps your body clock is a bit confused after the clocks went back.
Enjoy your day of pottering. I'm with you with the paperwork but I bet yours is done before mine.1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%

I was just wondering the same about the clock change Chrysalis, maybe thats why you've been awake?
Yay to the £50 payment :jMummytogirls x0 -
Morning all, a better night's sleep as I felt absolutely rotten yesterday felt sick and then my whole body was aching and hurting! Not sure what was going on there as feel fine this morning.
Been busy this morning, got the kids in their scruffs so they could help me tidy up the back garden ready for winter. It didn't take long but my front garden looks terrible with the rubbish piled up, luckily it's behind the hedge so it can't be seen from the road. I have an alcove in the shed that needs sorting, my room with all the stuff I emptied from the cupboard and two parts of the attic to go. I think I will get a small skip for anything I can't pass on.
Lady has just been to pick up the items I sold, I think they will go towards more Xmas bits and pieces.
Checked banking, lots of direct debits have gone out and still in the green, hubby gets paid on 1st but mortgage comes out next week. Need to do a shop today and get some fuel for the car.
