I'm trying to get Meerkat Movies.
I put in the details of product, brand and policy number but keep getting message: Sorry, we can't automatically validate your details for the selected product and brand. Please check you have selected the correct product and brand.
I'm confused. Could anyone tell me if the meerkats are slow in updating or has something gone wrong?0 -
That has been answered many times over in the thread already, several times in just the previous page, have a read0

It has been almost 3 days and still getting the same message. Do you think they're overloaded or something?0

After a fortnight, it still wasn't working so today I sent them a tweet and it was sorted really quickly. Hope that helps.Spam Reporter Extraordinaire

I emailed the meerkats this morning and this evening it was fixed. If anyone in the future has trouble, mine did take 5 days to work but an email asking for help did the trick.
Now, can I just give the code written on a piece of paper to the cinema staff or do I really have to print it off every time? I don't have tablet or smartphone.0 -
I just paid £2.03 for a day's travel insurance.
Couldn't download the app (my phone is too old apparently) so logged in online.
Apparently I bought my house insurance through them in January so my '12 months' is counted from then, so I only get 7 months and needn't have paid £2.03 at all.
So - if you've bought something through them before, CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT FIRST as you may already be eligible without buying anything new at all!
Still, an unnecessary £2.03 for 7 months of free cinema tickets ain't too bad0 -
Has anyone got a code for today please?0

hi, does anyone have a code I could have for today? I did the one day insurance last night hoping it would process by today but not activated yet, thanks in advance0

I bought a travel insurance policy from Coverwise via the CompareTheMarket website on 1 May. When I tried to activate my Meerkat Movies membership I was told "Sorry, we can't automatically validate your details for the selected product and brand. Please check you have selected the correct product and brand". This despite my entering all the relevant details beforehand. Has anybody else had the same experience and is there a cure?
