Bad news everyone.....I think they are about to pull the plug on this loophole as the travel insurance page on comparethemarket.com is down, whereas all the rest of products are still working fine.

i thinkit looks like its only valid on weds at empire cinemas as they already do a saver tuesday deal which is nearly half price per ticket anyway

After Martin spoke about it on Watchdog, comparethemarket confirmed it was going to run and run, and that they were happy for people to buy £2 travel insurance for 2for1 tickets.

Does the code mean 2 for 1 on all tickets you buy, or are you limited to one free ticket per code?

You use your code on say Wednesday and you get a free ticket so you both pay half price or you buy 1 get 1 free.

It's 1 code per week, so you can only use it on a Tuesday OR Wednesday.

I think you can only use the code to get 1 free code.

Hi All,

I tried to use my 2 for 1 meerkat deal yesterday at the Vue cinema in conjunction with my Club Lloyds cinema ticket, but the person at the still said I can't use them to together, if I use the 2 for 1 meerkat code I have to purchase the other ticket.
I was under the impression that the Club Lloyds tickets were the equivalent of a monetary purchase.

I ended up just using 2 of my Club Lloyds tickets together, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has come across this issue.
