It worked for me as well. I bought a travel insurance for one day, single trip, for the price of£2.03.
Downloaded the app and after logging in I was given the option to activate the cinema offer.
This was done last week and downloaded the app a couple of days later to activate the offer.

I'm getting this message, is that the one I wait 48 hours for or am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks

Yes, wait 48 hours and if you log in and try again it should work.

I panicked at first thinking it didn't work, but after logging in this morning, all was activated!

I've just received a follow-up e-mail from ERV Travel Insurance. Not unsolicited, of course, and easy to unsubscribe.
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)
  • ERV single trip policy for the pair of us £2.94 and a years 2 for 1 meerkat movies, not bad at all.
  • Be patient folks, when I applied for 1 days travel in the uk, I managed to get the insurance for £2.05. When I first tried to apply for the Meerkat Movies it told me that I had not got insurance from them so I assumed that the loop hole had been closed.
I decided to try one more time a couple of days later and was shocked when it worked straight away. I believe that this is because it takes a while for the insurance company to notify compare the maket.com. I have since been to the cinema and watched a new release. I have since been given another code that I can use next week, so the insurance cost me a lot less than the price of a ticket! So well worth it.

This may have been covered but I am not going to read the entire thread find out so apologies in advance if it has. I just bought new travel insurance for £1.96. Downloaded the MeerkatMovies app, logged in and found out I was already eligible for the offer due to the fact I had purchased insurance last year. This is despite the fact I had claimed a toy offer for that purchase. So I did not need to buy the travel insurance in the first place. So before you buy the insurance download the app login with your details and see if your previous purchase qualifies you
