    Well done losers :T

Might give the coconut oil spray a go smedley if I can manage to get into Tesco - will be doing Sainsbobs in the morning but I cannot remember seeing it in there.

Absolutely shattered tonight - just been one of those days.

    TIP...
I have never had the coconut spray burn on me, but then again, my frying pans only need half heat.
I think this is the trick to getting the most out of the spray

And same here too shala.:A Sorry to hear about the microwave accident. I've never tried that as I always do it in the oven with chips at the same time.

Great to have a RL slimming buddy rummer. I'd make a start by doing a meal plan, then shopping for the ingredients including loads of Speed food.

    Morning all

Reporting in this week with -1/2 lb please Shala. Still slow and steady, 1 lb to go to 2 stone. I think I need to do some exercise regularly as I'm not walking as much as I was.

Have a good day everyone, catch you later.

Lots of good losses this week - maybe it's because the weather's been warmer and we've all been eating more salads:rotfl:

Shala - hope everything goes well today.

As I'm at bottom end of target range my consultant suggested I have an extra HEB some days this week to make sure I don't drop out of target range. I said I'd rather just have a glass of wine instead:rotfl: - same number of syns isn't it?

    Having an EE day today:

    B - cereal/100ml ss milk - 2.5; strawberries, grapes
L - egg salad (eggs cooking at the moment so should be cool by lunchtime)
D - shahi murgh; bombay potatoes; onion bhajis x 3 - 3 syns. All recipes from the Curry Heaven book.

shahi murgh is chicken thighs simmered in spiced FF natural yoghurt - never had it before so hope the yoghurt doesn't curdle when it's simmering!

My local Tesco re-stocked the "Groovy Food Company Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Spray", I got myself 4 sprays, I don't cook with anything else but this, fantastic stuff :)

    If anyone missed this offer:
the coconut spray is on offer at Tesco valid until 05-May-15 @ £1.99

Does it make your food taste of coconut?

I can certainly see where you are going Denise - HE versus glass of wine or some choccie for me ;).

Your shahi murgh sounds delish nom nom.

Nice bright day today but very cold so far. Just hung washing out which unfortunately is in the shade :(. Off to Sainsbobs shortly - living life in the fast lane again :D.

Computer's still playing up sommat rotten, we think it's the modem that keeps dropping out  it always does this when I have a few days off work!
I agree, the providers can check the router/modem online.

    1. If you have more than one device losing internet at the same time, then there is probably an issue with the modem.router.
    2. If it's just the computer, best check for viruses (just in case there is no Anti-Virus).
    3. http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/ This should pick up most viruses the scan is free..
I have ESET Anti-Virus installed, it's the best anti-virus out there, re-subscriptions, discounted too!

It should be no problem to get the Modem/router exchanged if it is faulty.
