Feeling for you with kidney infections. I had one a couple of years ago that took 5 courses of antibiotics to shift. Pain subsided fairly quickly but I felt so drained afterward.:(
jock, you seem to take real pleasure in bucking the system!:D
EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk
L: LO chicken casserole (-chicken)SW burger, SW chips, roasted veg (onions, aubergine, asparagus, peppers, mushrooms, tomato).
Syns: weekend wine:j
Using up bits of veg to roast after tray bake mid-week, so plenty of Speed food. I've just parboiled chips and left the to cool. Last time making them early made the best SW chips ever so I'm checking to see if that's the reason.
Feeling quite slim today but wearing M&S jeans so that may be the reason.;)0 -
