Just noticed your sig b e g. You must be on target for 7 stone loss in a year. That's AMAZING!!!:A0 -
Thanks maman but I am not getting my hopes up for Monday wi (1 yr ann). GP gave me different meds yesterday so I don't know what effect they will have. He hasn't seen me since last Oct so was delighted with the loss. He said if nhs gave out medals - I would get one
.
DH's birthday today and told him we could go out somewhere but he has he wasn't bothered too much. There is a large food festival on in our area and I told him we could give that a go - but he said it would be expensive stuff and I would only be tempted by it all. I have tried to be on track this week - really going for that shiney on Monday.
I think the fact I have this damned water infection and would be constantly looking for loos is another reason for staying close to home. Lost count of the number of times I had to get up through the night - just to manage a few little drops and agony each time
Booked a couple of days away for next month with a couple of friends so we are looking forward to that. Intention is to put SW on the back burner for the few days and then get back on it until wedding in August (that's the plan anyway).
Washer is just about to shout for me to say that it's done. Still very misty and damp here so far.
Enjoy the weekend everyone.

Morning all
There's a chilly wind here this morning so the fingerless gloves are back on. There's no heating in the shop and it faces northwest so it's always cold in the mornings.
Shala - really pleased for you.
B-e-g - 7 stone in a year is a real achievement, you do deserve a medal. Hope the infection clears up very soon, they aren't pleasant. The advice is to try not to go too often but it's hard to sleep when you have the urge to go.
I bought some Yeo Valley 0% fat vanilla yogurt yesterday and after we'd eaten some with raspberries, DH looked at the sugar content - 12%!! I've got a feeling it isn't going to be free, so can someone tell me the syns please?
Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone, so pleased for you Shala
BEG Sorry to hear of the infection, have you tried drinking cranberry juice its supposed to be really good for this. Hopefully there is a sugar free version. If not just drink plenty of water.
1lb LOSS :j SHALA
Only one more to go to get to my pre-Christmas weight. Hopefully get it next week, but its my dance weekend too so must try not to put it back on. At least the dancing should offset most of the damage. As I'm leaving early(for me) on Friday morning I will post my WI results on Thursday instead.Weight loss 0/2st

Hi everyone. We are back from Scotland having had a wonderful time. The weather was great for being out and about and we walked miles.
Food was plentiful and not always on plan when we ate out but I'm hoping that any gain will disappear before Wednesday weigh in.
Shala I'm so pleased that you now have nothing to worry about.
The cricket season starts for us again today so I will be having loads of temptation with home baked treats and icecream whilst serving and clearing up.
Hope this fab weather continues because I have loads of washing to do.
Catch you all later x.0 -
The Yeo Valley 0% Natural Live is only free one AFAIK lois. But for a big pot, the vanilla's not too bad.
I'm out for a French themed evening tonight so one meal off plan. I think I ordered onion soup, moules frites and tarte tatin. Plenty of syns there then but there is dancing to help. Hope it works mim, otherwise I'm blaming you.
:T on your loss, another pound in the right direction. So is the dress all finished now?
b e g, whether you get to 7 stone next week or not it's still an amazing achievement.:A Hope the water infection clears up soon. I'd drink lots of water and get to your GP if it doesn't clear up by Monday.
Not doing much her during the day. Probably nip to Asda (see you there meg;)) as I need Lazy Garlic and they seem to have the best price. Then I'll come back and do a bit of ironing:( listening to my team on the radio.
So today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEA milk, scrambled eggs
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onion and beetrootoff plan
