Hello i am regural follow this forum sites we should take care for the good health and better knowledge of water purity
and water filters so please go this site

    Hello Peterson,

Maybe you can give some advice about "Under Sink Water Filters", not osmosis though, and not whole house
I have seen seen some systems with 2 filters, these must surely be better than the one filter systems?
Also how does one accurately estimate the literage used by the filter? Obviously a 1 person household is going to have a different usage to a 6 family household, but the manufacturers say change the filter after 3/6 months or 1 year, this is clearly wrong, don't you think?
I would prefer some sort of meter on the filter to accurately determine when the system needs changing.

    Would appreciate any advice.

Thanks for the info on the yogurt - I had about 1/4 of the pot so 1.5 syns is acceptable. It is very nice but I won't buy it again.

I can look it up in my very own Food Directory now too - thank you Beanie! :D

    LL :)

ETA - the free food section is extremely thin!

Also - B-e-g - Morrisons light cranberry juice drink is free.

I'm out for a French themed evening tonight so one meal off plan. I think I ordered onion soup, moules frites and tarte tatin. Plenty of syns there then but there is dancing to help ;). Hope it works mim, otherwise I'm blaming you.

:T on your loss, another pound in the right direction. So is the dress all finished now?

I'm just amazed its taken nearly a quarter of the year to get rid of 6lbs.

Yes, the dress is all finished and hanging nicely in the wardrobe. Will post photos after the weekend as there will be some interesting ones of 1950's outfits

    Enjoy your French evening.

I can see frozen lamb kebabs at 1.5 so maybe fairly low syn. The website says 3 syns for 25g of fruit crumbles. A bit vague but could be worse.
  • It got a little manic in our house the last few days, but I'm still clinging to my sanity and food plan. Just.
Nice to see everyone back from their holidays and travels. Hope you've had fun!

Shala - very pleased about your news. It must be a weight off your shoulders.

b-e-g. Good luck for hitting target, it'll certainly put that pesky water infection behind you.

durham_mim - others would have long since given up, well done you!

We're having Kebab Skewers for tea and it smells yummy, was supposed to be having it with rice but I forgot to buy the rice! SW Chips to save the day!
