Just goes to show how your weight can be manipulated from week to week and anyone who loses 10lbs in a week doing SP, should be taken with a pinch of salt.
:rotfl:Oh you cheat Jock glad I am not in your group, thanks for the giggle.Slimming World at target0 -
I laughed too Jock and I think this will be my strategy for my first official weigh in. Going to go in my jeans and jumper with loads of change in my pockets
The first week I will have lost loads and loads of weight :j

Hi losers ;):D
Computer's still playing up sommat rotten, we think it's the modem that keeps dropping out  it always does this when I have a few days off work!
Anyway... Lost 1lb this week.. amazed, but i'll take it, i'm now back to my lowest weight in the last few years of 13.7
Right a catch up...
Loving you result jock:D
Lois - we love Cajun chicken pasta in this house.. I buy tubs of the Cajun seasoning from B&M - I'm not sure if it has syns but it only has spices in checking the ingredients list so I count it as free.
Had the pulled pork thing from Tesco tonight maman.. it exploded all over my microwave :rotfl: it was ok, OH really liked it..
